Entertainment Systems
Vodec Entertainment Systems have been specifically designed to provide reliable efficient service in an industrial environment. The range includes LAN based coaxial wide band multi channel distribution with programming derived from digitally stored sources or from off air Satellite receivers. Gyro stabilised platforms enable reliable TVRO reception even on FPSO or similar roving installations with option for low cost TV reception from local fixed installations via Omni-Directional UHF antennas and transmitters fitted on the host site.
The photo shows the Vodec VFM15 VHF stereo bed head demodulator unit for use in cabins and the VPM15 which is intended to drive dedicated wide range loudspeakers in such areas as mess and recreation rooms.
This photo shows a typical entertainment audio source rack; in this case programs are derived from CD, conventional compact cassette and FM tuner with integrated interface to Vodec P3 PAGA system to ensure critical emergency voice and alarm broadcasts always have priority.
